In 2006, DBAAR established a Disaster Relief Fund to provide financial assistance to members who have suffered financial loss due to a natural disaster, including but not limited to fire, flood, wind or hurricane-related event.

The DBAAR Disaster Relief Fund is administered by the Board of Directors of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS® which receives all requests for financial assistance from the fund. The Board of Directors, in its sole discretion, may disburse up to a Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($2,500) check to individual members or member companies of DBAAR who qualify by virtue of suffering financial loss due to a natural disaster, including but not limited to fire, flood, wind or hurricane-related event and properly submitting the Request for Assistance Form.
