    Plans the New REALTOR Forum education sessions exclusively for new members (3 yrs or less)

    Make recommendations to CEO for facilities management

    Reviews monthly income and expense statements. Recommends the budget for the upcoming year.


    Communications

  • Government Affairs*
  • (10-12 meetings per year)
    Develops proactive legislative agenda. Maintains association involvement in local, state and national legislative issues. Screens and recommend candidates for funding by RPAC Florida. Conducts Annual RPAC fundraising drive. Provides recognition for contributors.

  • Young Professionals Network*
  • (10-12 meetings per year)
    Provides services, education, and networking opportunities for young professional REALTORS in the greater Daytona Beach area. Helps develop future leaders.

    Ethics

    (Can only serve on one of these two)
  • Grievance Committee
  • (Meets as needed)
    Must be member in Good Standing for 5 years or 3 years with one year service on another committee. Review professional standards complaints (both Ethics and Arbitration requersts). Acts as probable cause panel.

  • Professional Standards
  • (Meets as needed)
    Must have served 3 years on Grievance Committee. Acts as hearing panel for cases. Meeting attendance critical. Must have previous experience on Grievance Committee.
