Presentation Folders!

The popular Listing
Presentation Folders are coming back — this year with a new format.
 Based
on feedback from REALTORS®, these next generation folders will be 9 x 12 to
accommodate standard 8 ˝ x 11 forms, and will feature two internal pockets.
As before, the folders are die-cut to allow for insertion of a business
card.
The new folders,
printed in stunning full color, will feature Affiliate member ads ranging
from line listings to the premium position inside pockets, as well as the
back cover. Thousands of these folders will be distributed to area REALTORS®
and their clients at the perfect time – the beginning of a real estate
transaction. Talk about targeted marketing! It’s the best buy for your ad
dollar in the area.
Advertising opportunities include the coveted Inside Pocket spaces, the Back
Cover, and Line Listings on the Inside. But remember—once the available
spots have been sold, they’re gone!

Remember that real
