REALTORSŽ, Builders Complete Cooperative Agreement

The Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORSŽ has completed and signed the Cooperative Sales Guidelines with the Volusia Homebuilders Association along with the West Volusia Association of REALTORSŽ and the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORSŽ.

The guidelines spell out what is expected of both Builders and REALTORSŽ when REALTORSŽ bring prospective purchasers to Builders to buy new construction.

To implement the Cooperative Guidelines, several documents have been created.

1) A Builder Registration form allows REALTORSŽ to register their buyers with a Builder

2) A Builder Open House Registration Form helps Builders identify prospective buyers who are working with a REALTORŽ when the buyer attends an Builder's Open House

3) A Builder-REALTORŽ Fee Agreement spells out what the commission is to the REALTORŽ, and on what basis it is computed
