Mediation
DBAAR offers a voluntary Mediation service for its members to mediate
business disputes. We have five professionally trained Mediators who are
willing to conduct your mediation.
The process is simple - one side requests the Mediation by filling out
the request form below. If the other side agrees, we will schedule a
Mediation.
If the other side does not agree to the Mediation, it cannot be held.
There is a $50 non-refundable fee paid by each side to DBAAR to conduct
the Mediation.
