Supra Certifies New Sprint Centro
Supra has certified the new Sprint Centro device and released a new version of eKEY software specific to that device (Version 4.3.03). Please be advised that this version of software is compatible only with the Sprint Centro. Any real estate agent who wants to use the Sprint Centro PDA phone as their eKEY should download eKEY Version 4.3.03 by selecting the picture of the Centro in the list of devices under "Download Applications" on KIMweb. All other Palm OS devices will continue to use Version 4.3.02 and all Windows Mobile devices will continue to use Version 4.3.16. These versions will be automatically downloaded when the agent selects their specific device.

Multiple IDX Photos Available!
On July 26 multiple IDX property photos were made available to those offices using the FAR IDX Download service. Multiple photos have been available in our framed solution since inception and now multiple photos are also available to those offices that download our IDX data for their custom websites. The solution essentially consists of a dedicated web-based photo system to which users can link to the multiple IDX property photos. Two additional columns (PHOTO_QUANTITY and PHOTO_URL) have been added to the IDX data file and all of the details of how to use this new data to access the multiple photos are included in the "IDX_ExportFileLayout.xls" spreadsheet that is included in the zip file downloaded by the user. We are encouraging implementation of this new method for accessing IDX photos as soon as possible as the current method of downloading zip files of photos will be discontinued. The specific date for the discontinuation of the photo zip FTP method will be announced at a later date. An e-mail will also be sent to those offices that have access to the FAR IDX Download service notifying them of this new feature. Users with questions can send an e-mail to idx@living.net or call the FAR Technology Helpline at 407-587-1450.

iCheck Deployed
iCheck, DBAAR's new automated MLS Listings Checking system, was deployed on Monday, December 11, 2006. iCheck is a new mls feature that checks your listings for errors & rule violations and sends the listing agent a notice long BEFORE any fine will imposed. Any new or modified listing that has mistakes, problems, etc that could end up costing you a fine, will trigger an email notification to the listing agent so that it can be corrected in plenty of time to avoid incurring a fine! The system is impartial and provides an unbiased check of all new listings, modified listings and listings about to expire.
